By visiting our website, purchasing from our store, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced on this website.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or purchase from EZ Win Cards.

Product Photos and Descriptions
EZ Win Cards makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photos, titles, descriptions, conditions, and pricing. For raw singles, we aim to provide clear front and back images of each card so buyers can inspect the card before purchasing.
Photos are part of the product description. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product photos, titles, descriptions, condition notes, and shipping details before placing an order.
Color, surface visibility, centering, print lines, whitening, foil scratches, and other card details may appear differently depending on lighting, scanner settings, device screens, and image compression.
Raw Card Condition Disclaimer
Raw trading card condition is subjective. EZ Win Cards generally follows commonly used trading card marketplace condition standards, including TCGplayer-style condition categories, but we do not guarantee that every buyer, seller, marketplace, or grading company will agree with our condition assessment.
Raw cards are not professionally graded unless specifically listed as graded. We do not guarantee that any raw card will receive a specific grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, TAG, SGC, or any other grading company.
By purchasing a raw card, you understand and agree that:
- The condition is based on our opinion and the photos provided.
- Photos are part of the item description.
- Minor factory flaws, print lines, centering issues, edge wear, surface marks, or other imperfections may be present.
- A raw card listed as Near Mint does not guarantee a Gem Mint grade.
- Grading outcomes are never guaranteed.
Graded Card Disclaimer
Graded cards are sold based on the grading company, grade, certification number, slab condition, and photos shown in the listing.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and verifying certification numbers with the applicable grading company before purchasing.
EZ Win Cards is not responsible for grading company opinions, population report changes, market value changes, or future crossover/regrade results.
Sealed Product Disclaimer
Sealed products are sold as sealed collectibles. We do not guarantee specific pulls, card values, hit rates, pack contents, print quality, centering, factory condition, or resale value.
Opened, unsealed, ripped, altered, or tampered sealed products are not eligible for return.
Listing Errors, Pricing Errors, and Inventory Errors
EZ Win Cards reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Listing mistakes
- Incorrect product titles
- Incorrect images
- Incorrect descriptions
- Incorrect condition labels
- Inventory errors
- Duplicate listings
- Technical issues
- Checkout errors
- Fraud concerns
- Suspicious buyer activity
- Any other mistake that affects the accuracy or validity of the order
A completed checkout does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. An order is not considered accepted until it has been reviewed and shipped.
If an error is discovered after purchase, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Order Review and Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to review, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion.
This includes orders that are flagged as high-risk, suspicious, unverifiable, unusually large, inconsistent with normal buyer behavior, or connected to previous fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations.
For high-value orders, we may request additional verification before shipping. This may include confirming the billing address, shipping address, identity, or payment details.
If verification is not completed, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Customer Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been packed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be submitted as quickly as possible to support@ezwincards.com.
Payment
We may accept payment through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods made available at checkout.
All payments must be successfully processed before an order is shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping policies, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.
EZ Win Cards is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, stolen packages, misplaced mail, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final unless the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged before delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Chargebacks, Fraud, and Abuse
We take fraud, false claims, chargebacks, and return abuse seriously.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, block customers, or report suspicious activity if we believe a customer is attempting to abuse our policies, commit fraud, submit false claims, swap products, damage products after delivery, or exploit listing errors.
Customers who file false disputes, false damage claims, false non-delivery claims, or fraudulent chargebacks may be blocked from future purchases.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, images, designs, and other materials created by EZ Win Cards are owned by or licensed to EZ Win Cards and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.
Pokémon, sports leagues, trading card brands, card images, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. EZ Win Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., PSA, CGC, Beckett, TAG, SGC, eBay, TCGplayer, or any other third-party brand unless specifically stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Win Cards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost value, lost resale opportunities, grading outcomes, collection value changes, or market price changes.
Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
No Investment Advice
Trading cards and collectibles can rise or fall in value. Nothing on this website should be considered financial, investment, resale, or grading advice. Customers purchase collectibles at their own discretion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund
Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales from EZ Win Cards are final unless the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged before delivery.
Because trading cards are collectible items with subjective condition standards and changing market values, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, market price changes, grading expectations, or condition disagreements when clear photos were provided before purchase.
Eligible Return or Refund Reasons
A return, refund, or replacement may be considered only if:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item was damaged before delivery.
- The order was materially different from the product listing.
All claims are reviewed case by case. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
Non-Returnable Reasons
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Market price changes after purchase
- A customer changing their mind
- Condition disagreements when photos were provided
- Expected grading results
- A raw card not receiving a desired grade
- Minor factory flaws or print defects visible in photos
- Centering preferences
- Surface imperfections visible in photos
- Sealed product pulls or lack of pulls
- Opened, unsealed, or tampered sealed products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Claims submitted after the required claim window
- Orders marked delivered by the carrier
Damage Claim Window
Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, email support@ezwincards.com with your order number and clear photos of:
- The outside package
- The inside packaging
- The card front and back
- The sleeve, top loader, card saver, team bag, or holder
- The damaged area close up
- Any other relevant packaging or shipping materials
You must keep all original packaging until the claim is fully reviewed.
Wrong Item Claims
If you believe the wrong item was sent, contact support@ezwincards.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If we confirm that the wrong item was sent, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or return instructions.
Return Approval Required
Do not send any item back without approval.
Returns are only accepted after written approval from EZ Win Cards. If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.
Items sent back without approval may be refused, returned to sender, or ineligible for refund.
Return Condition Requirements
Approved returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Cards must not be swapped, altered, damaged, opened, cleaned, pressed, modified, removed from original protective packaging when applicable, or replaced with another item.
For sealed products, the product must remain sealed, unopened, untampered, and in the same condition received. For graded cards, the slab must be returned in the same condition received.
Inspection Before Refund
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the returned item is not the same item, is damaged, is altered, is missing, or is not returned in the required condition, the refund may be denied.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless EZ Win Cards confirms that we sent the wrong item. If we sent the wrong item, we may provide a prepaid return label or another approved solution.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless EZ Win Cards confirms that we made a fulfillment error.
Chargebacks and False Claims
False claims, item swapping, fraudulent returns, and chargeback abuse may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.
EZ Win Cards reserves the right to provide order records, product photos, packing photos, tracking information, customer communication, and other evidence to payment processors, banks, shipping carriers, and fraud prevention services.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
United States Shipping Only
EZ Win Cards currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include:
- Economy card shipping
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
- Other available tracked carrier services
Shipping options may vary based on order value, product type, package size, weight, and destination.
Recommended Shipping Structure
- Low-value single-card orders may ship using economy card shipping or letter-style packaging.
- Higher-value orders may require tracked package shipping.
- Orders of $200 or more may require signature confirmation.
- High-risk or high-value orders may require additional verification before shipping.
EZ Win Cards reserves the right to upgrade, modify, or require a specific shipping method when needed to protect the order.
No Free Shipping at This Time
EZ Win Cards does not currently offer free shipping as a standard policy. Shipping costs are calculated or shown at checkout based on the products purchased and the selected shipping method.
Packaging
Raw trading cards may be packaged using protective materials such as:
- Penny sleeves
- Top loaders
- Card savers
- Team bags
- Rigid protection
- Bubble mailers
- Protective cardboard
- Shipping labels or mailers
Packaging may vary based on the value, size, and type of order. Graded cards, sealed products, collections, accessories, and larger orders may require bubble mailers, boxes, additional padding, or tracked package shipping.
Economy Card Shipping Risk
Economy card shipping helps keep low-value card orders affordable, but it may have limited tracking, limited delivery confirmation, and less carrier visibility than package shipping.
By selecting or receiving economy card shipping, the customer understands that tracking updates may be limited and delivery confirmation may not be as detailed as USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS, or other package services. For better protection, customers should choose tracked package shipping when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. EZ Win Cards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Carrier Delays
EZ Win Cards is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, incorrect routing, carrier issues, natural disasters, or events outside our control. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered.
EZ Win Cards is not responsible for stolen packages, misplaced mail, incorrect mailbox delivery, porch theft, building mailroom issues, or carrier-marked delivered packages that the customer cannot locate.
If tracking shows delivered but the customer cannot find the package, the customer should:
- Check with household members, neighbors, front desk, office, mailroom, or property manager.
- Check the delivery area, mailbox, porch, garage, or parcel locker.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- File a missing mail or package claim with the carrier when applicable.
EZ Win Cards may assist where possible, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed for carrier-confirmed delivered orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost or damaged in transit, contact support@ezwincards.com with your order number. Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with all required photos. For lost packages, the available resolution may depend on the shipping method, tracking, insurance, and carrier investigation.
High-Risk Orders
Orders flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or unverifiable may be delayed, canceled, refunded, or require additional verification. EZ Win Cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unsafe to fulfill.

EZ Win Cards wants buyers to feel confident when purchasing raw trading cards. We provide clear photos and condition labels to help customers review each card before purchase.
Raw card condition is subjective. Different collectors, sellers, marketplaces, and grading companies may view condition differently. We generally follow commonly used trading card marketplace standards, including TCGplayer-style condition categories.
Photos are part of the item description. Buyers should carefully review all photos before purchasing.
Important Raw Card Disclaimer
Raw cards are not professionally graded unless specifically listed as graded.
A raw card listed as Near Mint does not guarantee that it will receive a PSA 10, CGC 10, Beckett 10, TAG 10, Gem Mint, Mint, or any specific grade. We do not guarantee grading outcomes.
Condition Categories
Near Mint
Minimal wear from handling, packaging, printing, or storage. May still have minor imperfections:
- Slight edge wear
- Minor corner wear
- Small surface marks
- Light print lines
- Minor centering issues
- Minor factory imperfections
- Small whitening visible under close inspection
Near Mint does not mean perfect.
Lightly Played
Light wear but still generally clean and collectible. May have:

Moderately Played
Noticeable wear but still intact and collectible. May have:

Heavy visible wear but still recognizable and generally intact. May have:

Damaged
Major flaws that significantly affect condition. May include:

Holo, Reverse Holo, and Specialty Finish Cards
Holo, reverse holo, foil, textured, Poké Ball, Master Ball, Ultra Ball, and other specialty finish cards may show print lines, foil scratches, roller lines, texture variations, or factory imperfections more easily than non-holo cards. These flaws may be present even on cards listed as Near Mint.
Buyers should review photos closely before purchasing.
Centering
Centering can vary from card to card. Unless specifically stated, EZ Win Cards does not guarantee any specific centering percentage or grading standard. Buyers interested in grading should review centering carefully before purchasing.
Factory Flaws
Some cards may have factory flaws, including but not limited to:
- Print lines
- Roller marks
- Off-centering
- Ink dots
- Texture shifts
- Minor foil scratches
- Edge roughness
- Surface marks from manufacturing
Factory flaws may affect grading results and are not always considered damage from handling.
Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, buyers should:

No Grade Guarantee
EZ Win Cards does not guarantee any raw card will receive a specific grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, TAG, SGC, or any other grading company. Purchasing a raw card is not the same as purchasing a professionally graded card.

EZ Win Cards does not knowingly sell fake, proxy, counterfeit, or altered trading cards. We take authenticity seriously and aim to provide customers with real, collectible trading cards from trusted sources.
Raw Cards
Raw cards are sold as ungraded collectibles unless otherwise stated. We provide clear photos so customers can review the card before purchase. Raw cards are not professionally authenticated or graded unless specifically stated in the listing.
Graded Cards
Graded cards are sold in the slab shown in the listing photos. Buyers should review the grading company, grade, label, slab condition, and certification number before purchasing.
When applicable, buyers are encouraged to verify the certification number directly with the grading company before purchase.
Sealed Products
Sealed products are sold as sealed collectibles. We do not guarantee specific pulls, card values, pack contents, or grading potential of cards inside sealed products. Sealed product condition should be reviewed through the listing photos and description before purchase.
Counterfeit or Authenticity Concerns
If you believe an item purchased from EZ Win Cards is counterfeit, altered, or not authentic, contact support@ezwincards.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A written explanation of the concern
- Any third-party authentication evidence, if available
- Any other documentation that supports the claim
The original item must be returned and inspected before any refund or replacement is considered.
Claim Review
Authenticity claims are reviewed case by case. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or return approval.
If we determine that a claim is false, fraudulent, unsupported, or connected to item swapping, return abuse, or chargeback abuse, the claim may be denied and the customer may be blocked from future purchases.

A completed checkout does not guarantee final order acceptance until the order has been reviewed and shipped.
